Our Story

CÁEL & CO is an architecture and interior design studio focused on contemporary homes, boutique hospitality, and experiential environments. The studio works across both architecture and interiors, allowing projects to be explored as integrated spatial compositions.

Together, the partners bring more than fifteen years of experience in architecture, research, and design practice. Their combined backgrounds in professional work and academic engagement continue to inform the studio’s perspective on contemporary architecture and spatial design.

The practice is guided by the belief that architecture should shape atmosphere as much as form. Buildings are not only physical structures but environments that influence how people move, gather, rest, and experience a place. This understanding informs the studio’s interest in spaces that feel calm, immersive, and closely connected to their surroundings.

CÁEL & CO works on a range of project types including private residences, estates, farmhouses, lodges, retreats, and boutique hospitality environments. While the scale and location of projects vary, the studio maintains a consistent focus on strong architectural ideas, thoughtful spatial planning, and a careful response to context.

Particular emphasis is placed on materiality, proportion, and the relationship between architecture and landscape. The studio’s work explores how buildings sit within their environment and how interior spaces unfold through light, movement, and sequence.
