Tarangire, Tanzania

Set on a hilltop with sweeping, uninterrupted views of the African plains, this exclusive use villa offers an experience of profound seclusion and serenity.

The design is shaped by the land itself, responding to the site’s topography with reverence rather than imposition. Curved walls trace the natural contours of the hill, echoing both the organic flow of the terrain and the archetypal forms of African architecture. The house nestles into the apex, appearing to emerge from the landscape rather than rest upon it.

The double-volume ceilings of the main house frame panoramic vistas, allowing the grandeur of the landscape to permeate the space and elevate the architectural experience.
